Chris Robertson is the Planning Director for Los Angeles City Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell of the 13th Council District. In this capacity, she oversees all land use and planning issues in the district and is the lead on development projects in Hollywood. Prior to joining Team Mitch, Chris worked across the country with a multitude of jurisdictions in both the government, private and non-profit sectors. Most recently, she worked as the Deputy Director of Land Use and Planning for Los Angeles City Councilmember Mike Bonin of the 11th Council District where she oversaw current development on the Westside of Los Angeles.
Chris received a B.A. from UCLA with a double major in English and French and a Masters of Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Building Design and Construction (LEED BD+C) Accredited Professional. When she is not planning, Chris enjoys reading, exercising, exploring Los Angeles and doing anything outdoors, especially in the water. She is a Los Angeles native and proud to call the City home.
